Fall Quizbowl Open @ Carleton - Dec. 6th, 2019
It's that time of the year again, as the Carleton high school quizbowl tournament is right around the corner on Saturday, December 7th at Carleton University's Paterson Hall.
The cost is $15 per person and lunch is not included. However, there will be many food options on campus so there are no worries about that. It starts at 9:00 a.m. and we should be done at 3:00 p.m.

We are back! - Sept. 20th, 2019
Hi everyone! We'd like to welcome all our new members and welcome back our returning members. Your executives this year are: David Hao, Caleb Liu, Xiao Liu.
We will be working closely together with the new History Club this year, so look forward to collaborations. See you guys at the meetings!
Quizbowl Provincials Success! - May. 6th, 2019
Congratulations to Hertek Gill, David Hao, and Xiao Liu for all tying for first in Geography at the Ontario Provincials tournament! We had an outstanding performance this year and we are very proud of you all.
We hope that you all had fun times at Quizbowl club, and we'll see you next year!
Quizbowl Provincials Next Month - Apr. 5th, 2019
Quizbowl provincials (technically nationals because only Ontario does Quizbowl) are coming up on Sunday May 5 at Carleton University. It starts at 8:30 a.m. and we should be done at 3:30 p.m. Please note that there are no qualifying; everyone is welcome to come and compete. The cost should be about $20 per player (lunch is included).
Please confirm your participation by Wednesday of next week (Apr. 10).
History Bowl Sign-Up - Feb. 14th, 2019
We have a History Bowl (Quizbowl but mainly history) tournament coming up at Lisgar on March 2nd. The cost is $100 per team ($25 per person).
There are also two individual events: History Bee and Geography Bee. The cost is $20 for History Bee and $10 for Geography Bee.You can come for just one or two of the three events (History Bowl, History Bee, or Geography Bee) if you want. Please confirm participation by next Friday (Feb 22).
Reach For The Top Sign-Up & New Buzzers for Club - Jan. 22nd, 2019
We are in need of confirmations of your participation so that we can register teams. If you have not already, please confirm via email or in person. The tournament will be at Lisgar on Saturday, Feb. 9 from 9am to 4pm.
The cost for this tournament will be $30 per player as it will include the cost of the tournament as well as the cost for purchasing new buzzers for the club.

Reach For The Top Sign-Up's now Open - Jan. 17th, 2019
There will be a Reach For The Top (basically fast-paced quizbowl) Tournament at Lisgar Collegiate Institute on February 9th. Anyone interested can come to room 152, our usual room to sign up. The price is 10$, which can be paid at Lisgar on the day of.
